Core Team

Sanjeev Arora

Sanjeev is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University. He has been associated with the service industry for around Twenty Seven years. Sanjeev started his career with a Chartered Aaccountants Firm based at Amritsar and has extensive experience in project finance; Income Tax matters; internal, statutory and tax audits; and management accounting. He has worked as an associate with P.C.Mehra & Co., Chartered Accountants, for ten years; where he has handled Income Tax matters up to the level of CIT. He has been associated with incorporation of companies and setting up the MIS for organizations. He has conducted the Statutory Audit, Stock Audit and Revenue Audit for various nationalized and private sector banks during the last twenty five years.

Puneet Khanna

A Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Master degree in commerce. He has undergone internship with our concern and joined us immediately after qualifying in the year 2008. He has been associated with Internal and Tax Audits and accounting retainers for our clients. He brings with him rich experience in the Indirect Taxes and Direct Tax matters. He has been handing consultancy in the field of Central Excise, Customs and Service Tax along with Income Tax matters. Being a devoted learner, he has also been imparting education in the professional subjects for the last eight years.

Amrit Jyoti

Amrit is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration. She has been associated with the firm since 2007 and has joined as a partner from the year 2011. She has been associated with P.C. Mehra & Co. for her internship. She has a vast experience in handling internal audits and due-diligence assignments. She has been handling accounting retainers and income tax compliances for individuals along with Internal Audits.

Jaspreet Singh

Jaspreet Singh is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI. He is also a Fellow Member of Institute of Public Accountants Australia, Fellow Member of Institute of Financial Accountants London, United Kingdom and holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from Guru Nanak Dev University. He has undergone internship with P.C. Mehra & Co., Amritsar. He has undertaken certificate course on Concurrent Audit of Banks to enrich his professional knowledge and expertise. He brings with him enriched experience of audits, consulting on direct & indirect tax matters and concurrent bank audits. He joined us in 2013 after completion of his Chartered Accountancy course and has been handling client servicing in the field of TDS, GST, Service Tax, VAT, Income Tax, Tax Appeals and Audits.

Varinder Gupta

A Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, holds diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI and Master degree in Philosophy; Joined the firm in the year 2008 immediately after qualifying; he brings with him extensive experience in Statutory Audits of various corporations and banks and has in-depth knowledge of Tax compliances which includes Income Tax, GST, Service Tax, TDS and VAT. He has been actively involved in handling accounting assignments, Income Tax matters with tax authorities and Incorporation of Companies and LLPs. Having worked closely on various startup projects he has good knowledge on project financing and valuations for the purpose of meeting funding requirements of our clients which has also lead to a good exposure in the documentation required by the banks for financing.

Namita Gupta

Namita is a Fellow Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds diploma in Information System Audit (DISA) from ICAI along with post graduate diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis, Pune. She has undergone internship with Dass Khanna & Co, Ludhiana. She brings with her extensive experience of Statutory Audits, Tax Audits and Internal Audits for various types of business organizations ranging from small trading houses to large corporates like Ralson (India) Limited. She also brings with her in-depth knowledge of compliances with various tax laws like Income Tax, TDS, GST, Service Tax and VAT. She has been handling compliances under various direct and indirect laws along with Companies Act.
